Biography
As a student from a developing country, attendance at university felt like more than a ‘rite of passage’ for Ethan. He viewed it as an essential step in his determination to make a contribution towards improving living standards and systems in his country. Ethan felt that an undergraduate degree from Goizueta was the perfect fit for his interests in business, and would enhance his professional and overall growth as a citizen who aims to impact society positively.
Ethan gained tremendous value through engaging in leadership opportunities alongside his coursework, much of which was experiential in nature. He built his professional network through experiences such as helping to plan an annual Capstone module with consultants from Deloitte and working one on one with a senior marketing executive at Mercedes Benz USA by serving as a Teaching Assistant for his Marketing Consultancy Practicum course, through which students worked with MBUSA to develop creative solutions to current business problems.
Ethan found that Goizueta fostered his personal and professional growth, while emphasizing collaboration, leadership, and a global mindset. Being in the BBA Program showed him what it was like to work in groups to solve a common goal, and to always look at situations from other perspectives when solving problems.
Post graduation, Ethan is excited to remain in Atlanta as he joins Truist’s Leadership Development Program on the Credit Track.
